Jamestown Beach
Beach maternity sessions just might be my new favorite! Lizz and Reed chose a beautiful spot along the Jamestown Island Historical Plaque for their maternity session and it was nothing short of magical. Bet you can’t guess the hurdles we encountered!! Okay, I will tell you! First, a dead/beached sting ray. Second, a park ranger trying to ticket me for parking in the grass (in my defense … I was trying not to block his driveway). Third, some wicked intense sun at peak golden hour (that was the easiest one to navigate!). And lastly, a lovely woman in a beach chair, enjoying the majestic sunset. (We shall lovingly call her Cooler Lady)
No sweat! If there is one thing I am good at, it’s troubleshooting. Take a peek for yourself! We avoided the sting ray. No ticket was issued (and I got the glowy light I was after!!) and there is no sign of cooler lady!

How gorgeous is Lizz?! Her outfit, hair, and make up are spot on for this beach maternity session location- it’s a whole vibe! And Reed- can we talk about how he gazes at her? That’s some Disney prince level admiration! I can’t wait to meet their sweet baby girl soon! She’s on a Bump to Birthday Plan, so I will be documenting and sharing this family for the next year!
